Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Oversee demand generation budget and analyze KPIs for continuous optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize targeting
  • Understanding of the full marketing and sales funnel
  • Management and product marketing experience preferred
