Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time remote Demand Generation Marketing Specialist will design and execute a portfolio of marketing experiments across various channels, including paid social, newsletters, and digital events, while building measurement frameworks to assess performance and optimize strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of marketing experiments across multiple channels, ensuring each has a clear hypothesis and defined success metrics
- Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and managing vendor relationships to meet launch deadlines
- Define KPIs for all programs, build performance dashboards, and synthesize results into actionable insights for future campaigns
Required qualifications
- Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment
- Structured, experimental mindset with the ability to define success metrics and isolate variables
- Hands-on experience with paid marketing channels and campaign reporting tools
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple programs simultaneously
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create strategies in uncharted channels
