Job Summary
Focused on driving expansion and cross-sell demand within existing customer accounts, the full-time remote Demand Generation Program Manager will manage lifecycle demand generation programs across multiple channels, leveraging AI to automate workflows and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute customer lifecycle demand generation programs to foster expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Support and enhance marketing initiatives across various channels, including paid, email, events, and web
- Build and implement AI-driven workflows to automate program execution and improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing within a B2B software company
- Demonstrated ability to run programs across multiple marketing channels with measurable pipeline results
- Experience in marketing to existing customers, focusing on expansion and cross-sell initiatives
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for automation and workflow optimization in marketing
- Strong program management skills with a proven track record of timely delivery and proactive communication
