Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist with a marketing operations focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize intent programs to increase conversion rates and generate sales-qualified leads
- Launch scalable email programs to drive sales conversations and maintain data quality in the marketing database
- Support event campaign operations by planning and coordinating pre-, during-, and post-event activities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations, focusing on B2B pipeline
- Strong expertise in HubSpot, particularly in email marketing and list management
- Hands-on experience with sales-driven event campaigns using HubSpot is preferred
- Familiarity with intent data and data enrichment tools
- Practical skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
