Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to drive pipeline growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize B2B demand generation campaigns targeting retail and consumer goods decision makers
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and maintain targeted prospect lists
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities for improved lead quality and conversion


Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
  • Experience using prospecting or enrichment tools such as Apollo
  • Familiarity with campaign channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
