Job Summary
To support pipeline growth and lead generation, the full-time Demand Generation Specialist will execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs targeting biotechnology companies, CROs, and healthcare organizations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage campaign budgets and performance metrics to maximize lead generation and return on investment
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven success in generating qualified leads through digital marketing programs
- Strong understanding of demand generation metrics and experience with analytics and reporting tools
