Job Summary
Seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Specialist, the full-time remote position focuses on executing, optimizing, and analyzing multi-channel demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities within the biotechnology, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage campaign budgets and performance metrics to maximize lead generation and return on investment
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven success in generating qualified leads through digital marketing programs
- Strong understanding of key demand generation metrics and analytics tools
