Job Summary

To drive measurable business growth, the full-time remote Demand Generation Specialist will manage end-to-end demand generation initiatives, including campaign strategy, lead nurturing, and sales alignment, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including paid and organic strategies
  • Map customer journeys and create automated email workflows to nurture leads and facilitate sales conversions
  • Own lead scoring models and lifecycle management to ensure timely routing of leads to the sales team
Required qualifications
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or campaign management
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and experience aligning marketing strategies with sales goals
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
  • Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and attribution to demonstrate the impact of marketing on revenue
