Demand Management Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing demand planning processes, the full-time remote Demand Management Coordinator will develop and oversee 24-month demand plans for key product portfolios, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and facilitate demand review meetings
• Analyze market trends and historical data to create accurate forecasts while partnering with Product Management, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing teams
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess and obsolescence risk to ensure efficient production planning

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of direct clinical trial supply management experience, including use of IRT systems
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI
• Proficiency in demand planning systems (SAP, Forecast Pro, Kinaxis, or similar platforms)
• APICS certification preferred; CSCMP or comparable supply chain certification a plus
