Demand Management Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing supply chain team, the full-time Demand Management Coordinator will develop and manage 24-month demand plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory levels while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and facilitate demand review meetings
• Analyze market trends and historical data to create accurate forecasts and maintain partnerships with various teams
• Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess and obsolescence risk, ensuring efficient production planning

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of direct clinical trial supply management experience required
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI
• Proficiency in demand planning systems such as SAP or similar platforms
• APICS certification preferred; CSCMP or comparable supply chain certification a plus
