Job Summary
Leading the execution of demand generation and thought leadership programs, the full-time remote Demand Marketing Manager will drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for Social Studies and ELA portfolios through campaign execution and content-driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute demand marketing programs across owned, paid, and earned channels to enhance awareness and engagement
- Support thought leadership initiatives, including content creation, events, and earned media, in line with brand guidelines
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve pipeline generation and health
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in demand marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations
- Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns through various media channels with a focus on performance optimization
- Working knowledge of lead generation and multi-channel marketing strategies
- Analytical skills for pipeline analysis and campaign reporting
