Job Summary
Supporting the Demand team's operational processes, the full-time salaried Demand Operations Manager will manage end-to-end execution across SSP partner platforms, act as a primary contact for SSPs and demand partners, and implement advertiser blocklists while collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution across SSP partner platforms, including domain approvals and inventory settings
- Act as a primary point of contact for SSPs to support onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimizations
- Implement and maintain advertiser blocklists based on publisher requirements and performance insights
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Ad tech within the digital marketing industry
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, ZenDesk, etc.)
- Understanding of digital media supply and demand chains
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite
