Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner to develop and enhance a comprehensive Demand Plan for a diverse portfolio of products and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain team in MRP and S&OP processes to meet customer demand while managing inventory costs
• Develop, manage, and communicate demand forecasts for all SKUs and customers
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with supply chain requirements

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, with at least 2 years at the planner level or equivalent
• Experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Expertise in inventory management and forecasting, with proficiency in advanced Excel
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus
