Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner to lead the demand planning process across regions and categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update the demand plan using statistical models and stakeholder input
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve forecast accuracy based on customer demand changes
• Lead IBP Monthly Global Demand meetings and utilize supply chain tools for data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• At least four (4) years of planning experience in Supply Chain or Operations
• Advanced analytical skills in data analysis and statistical forecasting
• Understanding of broader supply chain concepts
• Experience managing a demand planning process
