Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze forecasted sales and historical data to produce demand forecasts for material requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve forecast accuracy and generate reports on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Math, Business, or Supply Chain related field
• 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, preferably with SAP APO
• Six Sigma certification or similar formal problem-solving skills is desirable
• Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
