Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner responsible for building and maintaining an insight-driven forecast to support service, inventory health, and decision-making across key retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and publish the rolling demand forecast at SKU/channel level, incorporating various factors
• Improve forecast accuracy and bias through statistical analysis and scenario modeling
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning to align on promotional and innovation plans while managing inventory effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in demand planning or integrated planning roles, preferably in CPG or retail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with planning/analytics tools; experience with NetSuite/Oracle is a plus
• Comfort with Power BI or similar tools for data interpretation and dashboard creation
• Understanding of statistical forecasting concepts such as seasonality and trend analysis
