Demand Planner

Job Summary

Demand Planner is a full-time position responsible for managing inventory accuracy and optimizing material flow in the New Homes division's consigned inventory management program.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimize cycle count variance and perform analysis to resolve issues
• Coordinate monthly cycle count processes across partner warehouses
• Optimize material flow and inventory management strategies for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent experience in materials management or relevant certifications may be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Demand Planner or similar role
• Experience in a build-to-order environment
• Knowledge of inventory management strategies and KPIs
