Demand Planner

Job Summary

To support optimal product availability in a fast-paced CPG environment, the full-time remote Demand Planner will deliver accurate demand forecasts for North American markets, analyze market trends, and ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to integrate business insights into demand planning
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to enhance planning accuracy and monitor market-specific KPIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2-3 years of supply chain experience with advanced planning solutions such as Anaplan
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in planning and forecasting software and ERP systems
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
