Demand Planner

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Demand Planner will apply expertise in demand forecasting and data analytics to develop accurate demand plans, optimize inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated business planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers demand planning processes by collecting and analyzing data from sales, marketing, and historical trends to develop accurate demand forecasts
• Analyzes sales and inventory data to identify patterns and trends that inform demand planning decisions
• Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and inventory levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a demand planning role
• Experience leading monthly SIOP meetings is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market dynamics
• Proficiency in demand planning software systems
