Demand Planner

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Demand Planner, the full-time remote position will manage omnichannel demand forecasting, lead the demand consensus process, and establish accurate demand plans to support product availability and inventory efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across various channels, incorporating historical data and market trends
• Support the demand consensus process by collaborating with channel leaders and cross-functional partners to align on demand forecasts
• Establish and monitor demand planning KPIs, conducting regular analyses to improve forecast accuracy and quality

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning within a consumer products environment
• Experience forecasting across multiple channels such as DTC, Amazon, and retail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data
• Proficient understanding of demand planning fundamentals and forecasting methods
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, capable of facilitating consensus among diverse teams
