Demand Planner

Job Summary

To support forecasting and inventory planning for a portfolio of hardware products, the full-time Demand Planner will manage a rolling 12-month sales forecasting process, analyze demand trends, and drive key business decisions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a rolling 12-month sales forecasting process and present results to leadership
• Collect and analyze internal and external data impacting customer demand while partnering with supply planning teams
• Assess current forecasting processes and identify improvement opportunities, leading project implementations as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales forecasting accuracy and business planning initiatives
• Strong background working with large data sets and cross-functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with forecasting and planning tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of demand planning or sales forecasting experience within a consumer products OEM environment
