Job Summary
Owning the statistical and collaborative forecast for assigned categories, the full-time Demand Planner will build and maintain forecasts, lead the monthly S&OP process, and partner with Sales and Marketing to size promotions and new product launches, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain statistical baseline forecasts at the SKU, channel, and customer level
- Lead the Demand Review as part of the monthly S&OP cycle, incorporating input from cross-functional teams
- Monitor forecast accuracy and drive corrective actions with cross-functional owners
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience in forecasting/demand planning software and advanced Excel
- Experience with syndicated data sources and DTC e-commerce analytics
- Track record of leading cross-functional S&OP or consensus forecasting processes
