Demand Planner
Job Summary
To support the expansion into digital marketplaces, the full-time Demand Planner will develop and maintain demand forecasts, align inventory placement with regional distribution strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own demand forecasting for digital marketplace channels, translating sales trends and promotional plans into actionable demand plans
- Support regional distribution strategies by aligning direct-to-consumer demand forecasts with inventory placement and fulfillment capacity
- Monitor forecast performance and inventory health to identify risks and recommend corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or related functions
- Experience with eCommerce, wholesale, or retail channels; digital marketplace experience preferred
- Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and service-level management
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including experience with demand planning systems and SAP preferred
