Demand Planner III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner III, responsible for leading the global Demand SIOP process and developing achievable demand plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global Demand SIOP process
• Develop a 24-month consensus demand plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions based on performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years' experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience leading Demand Planning and SIOP processes in a global environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and demand planning tools; Kinaxis preferred
• Professional certifications (IBP, APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus
