Demand Planner Specialist
Job Summary
To prevent stockouts and overstock issues, the full-time Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist will monitor inventory across DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon channels while providing proactive solutions in a remote role focused on the LATAM region.
Key responsibilities
- Track sell-through and inventory to identify stockout risks early
- Maintain a live risk register and propose solutions for inventory issues
- Utilize AI-assisted tools and keep tracking systems updated for accurate data
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role
- Proven ability to identify problems early and provide actionable solutions
- Strong Excel skills and experience with multiple planning systems
- Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience with retailer portals such as Target Partners Online or Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
