Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand & Financial Planning Analyst to contribute to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze retail sales and collaborate with Supply Chain for inventory management and monthly reforecasting
• Maintain a demand planning model to project inventory demands and sales trends
• Track input costs to understand gross margin evolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams on business performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and take ownership of projects
