Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Support Forecasting and Demand Planning Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting across all Global Operations teams and channels
• Design and maintain demand forecasting models using statistical and machine learning techniques
• Present forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership and align cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in demand forecasting, capacity planning, or applied analytics
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
• Hands-on experience with forecasting and capacity models
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Understanding of contact center metrics and experience in global contact center environments preferred
