Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time Demand Planning Analyst will maintain demand forecasts, analyze sales data, and support inventory planning in a remote environment, working closely with Supply Chain, Performance Marketing, and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain weekly and monthly demand forecasts across retail channels
• Analyze sell-in, sell-through, inventory, and retailer POS data to support accurate forecasting
• Monitor retailer purchase orders and inventory levels, identifying risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning, or Retail Sales Analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in building forecasting models
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
