Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the demand planning platform, the full-time Demand Planning Analyst will lead the demand forecasting process, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement of workflows while working remotely or onsite in Oriskany, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner and primary operator of the demand planning platform, maintaining data integrity and managing user roles
• Develop SKU-level forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy, integrating various data sources to refine assumptions
• Lead the monthly demand review cycle within the S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and highlighting forecast risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• 3-7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
• Experience operating a demand planning system (e.g., ketteQ, SAP IBP, Anaplan)
• Strong data analysis skills, particularly in advanced Excel and BI tools
• Experience working with POS data and retail customers
