Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support demand forecasting for VR headset and wearables product lines, the full-time temporary Demand Planning Analyst will build and maintain sell-through and sell-in forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present performance insights to business leaders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive accurate demand planning and identify growth initiatives
• Build and present sell-through and sell-in forecasts using quantitative and qualitative datasets
• Analyze actuals versus forecast performance and implement measures for continuous forecast accuracy improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in forecasting and demand planning
• 6+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, or sales planning
• Technical proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other relevant tools
• Experience with physical consumer goods and forecasting systems
