Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planning & Forecasting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategic planning to optimize inventory across all channels
• Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Lead and coach the inventory team to drive continuous improvement in planning processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 7+ years of inventory management/merchandising experience in a multi-channel environment
• 3+ years in a supervisory role with multiple direct reports
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
