Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager who will lead the demand planning efforts within the Integrated Planning organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and shape the S&OP agenda, ensuring alignment of commercial, financial, and supply priorities
• Drive forecast excellence by championing accuracy and bias improvement initiatives
• Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to resolve demand-supply risks and enhance decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in demand planning or integrated supply chain roles, preferably in CPG or retail
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence cross-functional alignment
• Familiarity with planning/analytics tools; experience with Net Suites / Oracle is a plus
• Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement programs
