Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Demand Planning to oversee demand forecasting and inventory strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts at various levels while reforecasting based on sales performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support buy plans and monitor inventory health
• Maintain forecasting tools and improve planning processes for scalability and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Merchandise Planning within lifestyle apparel or DTC brands
• Hands-on experience with DTC e-commerce and physical retail planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including complex modeling
• Strong understanding of retail math and forecasting capabilities
• Familiarity with Shopify, BI software, and inventory/3PL systems
