Demand Planning Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Demand Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement for demand planning across various product categories
- Develop and automate advanced demand planning analytics and reporting for operational use
- Coordinate monthly Demand Reviews and implement S&OP processes
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in demand planning and S&OP in complex distribution environments
- Advanced knowledge of SAP IBP, including statistical forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and automated reporting solutions
- Proven cross-functional leadership and process transformation experience
- Prior experience in Medical Distribution is preferred
