Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Demand Planning to oversee retail store planning and inventory strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts focused on retail store performance
• Own buy plans for retail stores and monitor inventory health across locations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate retail demand insights into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Retail Demand Planning or Merchandise Planning
• Experience managing a multi-door store fleet in fast-growth retail environments
• Hands-on experience with store-level allocation and replenishment strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for retail modeling
• Strong command of retail math and analytical capabilities
