Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager who will oversee the operational demand forecast and manage a team of Demand Planners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the consolidation of sales forecasts and prepare sales estimates to support financial planning
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing teams to manage inventory levels and forecast changes
• Lead Demand Planning involvement in S&OP meetings and provide leadership to team members

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management required
• 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain required
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Business is a plus
• APICS CPIM Certification preferred
• Experience in the consumer products industry preferred
