Demand Planning Manager
Job Summary
To drive strategic demand planning initiatives, the full-time hybrid Demand Planning Manager will define and execute demand planning strategies for domestic and international retail channels while managing business risks and maintaining supply chain planning metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and executing the demand planning strategy for retail channels
- Managing and communicating existing or potential business risks to service and working capital
- Creating and implementing statistically driven forecasting methods
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics
- Operations experience in a relevant industry with a focus on high-SKU, national distribution
- Cross-functional S&OP modeling and process leadership experience
- Experience building driver-based forecasts for large SKU mixes with complex product lifecycles
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field preferred
