Demand Planning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Plan Specialist to support the Operations team with accurate SKU-level forecasting and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in SKU-level demand forecasting by analyzing historical sales trends and adjusting forecasts
• Coordinate kitting projects with operations and supply planning to ensure material availability
• Collaborate with supply planning, sales, and operations to align on demand forecasts and improve processes

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Experience with SKU-level forecasting and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
• Strong adaptability and attention to detail
