Dementia Care Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Alzheimer's Association's growth strategy, the full-time Sr. Specialist, Dementia Care Training will implement and deliver professional initiatives, engage with care professionals, and maintain expertise in dementia care practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of professional initiatives related to dementia care
• Maintain expertise in best practices for long-term and community-based care settings
• Manage relationships with care professional leaders to expand program reach and revenue

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social services or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in community outreach and educational program delivery
• Proven success in project management and coordination of services
• Familiarity with long-term care settings and community-based organizations
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
