Demo Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demo Engineer to support the GTM team by building demo environments and creating technical enablement content.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and scale demo environments for the GTM team, ensuring onboarding success for new sales representatives
• Create enablement content, including videos and training materials, to support sales team effectiveness
• Implement and manage a comprehensive POC and POV program, targeting 2 POCs per month with high conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the relevant GTM tech industry with a proven track record of scaling demo operations
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and coding ability in Apex
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to write code and implement automation solutions
• Proven experience in demo building and enablement with measurable results
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
