Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and creative Pre-Sales Demo Engineer, this remote position will maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot demo environments to ensure they are pitch-ready, while offering a mentorship path to a customer-facing Technical Solution Consultant or Sales Engineer within 12 to 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot core sales demo environments to ensure readiness for presentations
  • Act as the first line of defense for technical issues within demo environments
  • Collaborate with Senior Technical Solution Consultant to build custom Proof of Concepts (POCs) and manage backend technical tasks for complex deals
Required Qualifications:
  • Native or fluent English proficiency for effective communication in a customer-facing trajectory
  • Familiarity with TypeScript (frontend and backend) and APIs for data manipulation and system connectivity
  • Experience with AWS basics, including Cognito, S3, and CloudWatch
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a "Figure-It-Out" mentality
  • Life insurance and annuity domain knowledge is a plus but not required
