Demo Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Global PreSales team, the full-time remote Demo Engineering Manager will design, build, and scale demo environments and automation tooling to enhance customer-facing demonstrations of the platform while collaborating across Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of demo engineers, aligning the demo strategy with go-to-market priorities
• Own the architecture and maintenance of demo environments, ensuring they accurately represent the platform
• Evaluate and implement demo automation tools to improve efficiency and enhance buyer experiences

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in presales or solutions engineering, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with demo automation technology and enterprise AI concepts
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience working across product, engineering, and marketing organizations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
