Demo Environment Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Demo Engineers, the full-time Demo Environment Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency and project delivery in the demonstration environment while balancing people management and hands-on engineering tasks in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and evaluate the team of Demo Engineers, fostering a supportive environment
• Develop and refine best practices, standards, and guidelines for demo environment creation and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deliverables and timelines for critical demonstrations

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience leading technical teams or managing technical operations in relevant environments
• 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern web stacks
• Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript) for environment setup and automated testing
• Proven ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on technical contributions
• Advanced experience managing and optimizing workflows in Jira / Jira Service Management
