Job Summary
To support a democratic governance structure, the part-time Democratic Governance Coordinator will manage the development and implementation of equitable workplace policies while collaborating with staff hubs to enhance organizational decision-making and collective care.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of policies that promote decentralized governance and equitable workplace practices
- Facilitate collaboration among various hubs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values
- Support staff engagement in decision-making processes and foster a culture of collective responsibility
Required qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit governance or organizational management
