Demographic Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demographic Specialist to support the Revenue Cycle team in managing demographic data and claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and map doctors/insurance data to the practice management system
• Analyze and correct incoming demographic data from client interfaces
• Adjust claims as needed to resolve system edits and ensure accurate submissions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of related experience in billing, claims, or healthcare services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with billing software and clearinghouse preferred
