Demonstration Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement and drive sales, the full-time remote Demonstration Specialist will showcase products through live demonstrations, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and support the sales team by interacting with potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations to effectively showcase features and benefits to potential customers
• Engage with customers to answer questions and address concerns, enhancing overall satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information and assist in meeting sales targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in product demonstrations, sales, or customer service
• Proficiency in CRM and/or CSM software and data analysis tools
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain influential customer relationships
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
