Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and drive sales, the full-time remote Demonstration Specialist will showcase products through live demonstrations, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and support the sales team by interacting with potential customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations to effectively showcase features and benefits to potential customers
- Engage with customers to answer questions and address concerns, enhancing overall satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information and assist in meeting sales targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in product demonstrations, sales, or customer service
- Proficiency in CRM and/or CSM software and data analysis tools
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain influential customer relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
