Demonstration Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing technology portfolio, the remote Demonstration Specialist will conduct live product demonstrations, engage with customers to drive interest and sales, and collaborate with the sales team while traveling less than 25% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live demonstrations of products and services, showcasing key features and benefits
• Engage with customers to address questions and enhance satisfaction, while gathering feedback for product improvement
• Assist the sales team by providing product information and participating in promotional events and trade shows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in radiology
• Proven experience in product demonstrations, sales, or customer service
• Proficiency in CRM and/or CSM software and data analysis tools
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain influential customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
