Denial Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support financial management strategies, the full-time Denial Management Specialist will review and research claims with payment denials, manage reporting, and identify root causes of denials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and research claims with payment denials in a timely manner
• Manage and develop department and executive-level reporting on denial trends
• Identify root causes of denials and collaborate with relevant departments to address issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Three to five years of experience in revenue cycle and/or billing
• Experience in Denial Management and/or electronic billing preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Zirmed billing system
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
