Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denial Prevention Analyst I (DPA I) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-service patient interviews and complete the pre-registration process
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and educate patients on their financial responsibilities
• Document patient interactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of previous scheduling experience in the medical field is preferred
• General knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient in typing
• Bilingual skills are a plus
