A company is looking for a Denials Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process follow-up on denied claims and appeals to secure payment on outstanding claims
• Research and follow up on denials to maximize collection efforts and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while working collaboratively within a team environment

Required Qualifications

• Approximately two+ years of experience with insurance denial processes in a multi-facility environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Knowledge of health insurance correspondence denial processing and coordination of benefits requirements
• Understanding of physician billing guidelines for commercial and government payers
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment
